This effervescent black currant champagne cocktail is a refreshing gateway to summer. It features Bluebird cider from Distillery Lane Cider with a dash of herbal liqueur. From Hampden’s Bluebird Cocktail Room.
Recipe:
2 oz DLC Black Currant Cider
.75 oz Simple Syrup
.50 oz Genepy de Alpes
In a flute glass, add the ingredients and top with champagne.
