Valentine’s Day Dinner at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay will provide a special Valentine’s Day meal at its Water’s Edge Grill restaurant on February 11 and February 12 between 5:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.
The four-course dinner will include an appetizer selection of house-made crab cakes or a caviar and Blini dish. The second course will include a beet salad with a balsamic vinaigrette or a wedge salad with creamy blue cheese. Entrée selections include a beef filet, a salmon dish topped with a black garlic sauce, and a duck breast served with creamy polenta and topped with a blackberry bourbon gastrique, followed by the final course of a merlot chocolate cake.
The holiday meal is $75 for one person or $140 for two. Reservations are required and can be made by calling the restaurant at (410) 901-6400.
