Topside Bar spreads to the Garden Room


Beginning Friday, Nov. 8, the Hotel Revival’s lush Garden Room,  generally used for private functions, is turning over a new leaf.

Stop by Thursdays, Friday and Saturday beginning at 5 p.m. to sip seasonal tiki and herbaceous cocktails surrounded by greenery from Baltimore’s own B.Willow and enjoying one of the best views in town.

Along with its cocktails, guests can order from the seasonal menu from Topside bar team member Bryan Reinhold.

Topside bar has its own specials, including this one, featuring McClintock’s Epiphany vodka, created by bartender Brendan Mohr.



Birdsong uses a malleable split base as the runway to a bold and colorful flight of fancy. Spiced vodka and flowered aquavit create an earthy foreground that is countered by a robust vanilla undercurrent.


1.5 McClintock Epiphany Vodka infused with: dashes of mustard seed, fenugreek, and pink peppercorn

1.5 Vikre Aquavit infused with hibiscus

.75 oz. lemon juice

.75 vanilla syrup

Egg white

Reverse Dry Shake and Strain

Garnish with gooseberry leaves
