The Risky Treat

Take a risk with MISCellaneous Distillery’s funky white rum turned into sweet fire in this southern Maryland style take on a Rum Mule. The fiery strawberry-raspberry habanero jam comes from Sugar Crush Sweet Treats in Hanover, MD (@SugarCrushsweettreats) Recipe from Dan Marlowe and Brooke Brown, creators of the Maryland Cocktail Menu for the Maryland Distillers Guild.

· 2 oz. MISCellaneous Distillery Risky Rum

· 1.5 bar-spoonful of Strawberry-Raspberry-Habenero Jam

· 3-6 Mint Leaves

· Ginger beer

Add Risky Rum and jam to shaker tin. Add Ice to tin. Shake and strain over crushed ice in a mule mug or rocks glass and top with ginger beer and a mint sprig.
